Seasonal Hand Tied Bouquet

Date: Sunday 11th July 2021

Time: 10am - 1pm

Book your place here.

Cut your own gorgeous seasonal fresh flowers from the cutting garden and create your own, garden gathered style, hand tied bouquet.

After a welcome drink we will head out into to the cutting garden. Here you will learn how to select and cut stems for the best booms and foliage whilst minimizing the impact on the growing plant.

When your bucket is full of wonderful flowers, we’ll head back into the workshop. More drinks and homemade cake will be available whist you watch the floral demonstration. Your freshly cut flowers will spend the rest of the workshop conditioning in cool shade whilst you are led by a qualified, experienced florist in the techniques of hand tying a beautiful bouquet. The flowers you use will have been cut  previously from the cutting garden and already conditioned.

You will leave the workshop with your own stunning hand tied bouquet, plus a bucket of your freshly cut flowers to create another floral masterpiece at home.

As you will be outside in the cutting garden, please dress appropriately for the weather. Stout shoes / boots are preferable - no heels or open toe sandals.

The cost of the workshop includes all materials, flowers, use of any tools and equipment and refreshments.

Though not essential, if you have an apron and pair of sharp secateurs, please bring them with you.

Unless otherwise stated, all workshops are held here on the smallholding on the border of Bury and Bolton. Directions will be sent upon booking.

T&Cs can be found here.
