Crochet for Beginners

Beginner's Crochet Course

Crochet is a wonderful craft.

With a single hook and a ball of yarn you can quickly work up all manner of household items, garments and toys.

This Crochet Beginners  Course is 5 x 2 hour workshops held weekly.

Within the five sessions you will learn about different yarn types and hooks, how to hold your hands, hook and yarn, starting and finishing work, straight and round work, colour changing, pattern reading and a variety of stitches required to create a vast array of projects.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners with little or no prior knowledge of crochet.

A crochet hook and independently produced British wool yarn is provided in week one though you may need to bring your own yarn in other sessions depending on the projects you choose.

Refreshments are available throughout.

Next course starts Thursday 9th  September 2021. 7pm - 9pm

Covid guidelines will be followed and should another lockdown prevent the course from going ahead, a full refund will be made.
